Cancelling
You can cancel at any time on the Billing page in your account. Cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Subscription fees
Subscription fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable. We don't refund or credit the unused part of a month or year, or a period in which you didn't use Dialzee.
Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan, you keep access until the year you've paid for ends. The remaining months aren't refunded.
Calling, texting and top-ups
The calling and texting part of your plan, and any top-ups, are paid in advance and aren't refundable once paid. Monthly limits you don't use don't carry over. Unused top-ups stay on your account while you're subscribed, and end when your subscription ends.
Changing plan
- Upgrades start as soon as they're paid for. You pay the new plan's price, less credit for the unused time on your old plan, and a new billing period starts that day. If your payment fails, your plan doesn't change.
- Downgrades start at your next renewal, so you keep what you've paid for until then. There's no refund for the difference.
When we do refund
We'll refund you if:
- you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, by mistake;
- you were charged after you had cancelled;
- a significant failure on our side stopped you using Dialzee for an extended period, in which case we may refund or credit a fair amount for that time;
- the law where you are requires it.
We may also make a refund or give account credit at our discretion. Doing so once doesn't oblige us to do it again.
Accounts we end
If we suspend or end your account because you broke our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, you won't receive a refund.
