SMS Policy

Businesses use Dialzee to text their leads and contacts, for example to confirm an appointment or send a reminder. This policy explains how those messages work and how to stop them.

Effective October 30, 2026

Texts from Dialzee

If you give us your mobile number and tick the box on our contact form, Dialzee may text you about your inquiry and appointments. Agreeing isn't a condition of contacting us or buying anything. We send these texts only to people who agreed.

Who sends these messages

Other texts sent through Dialzee come from the business you dealt with, not from Dialzee itself. That business chooses who to text and what to say, and it must have the consent the law requires. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules it has to follow.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message. UNSUBSCRIBE and CANCEL work too. Dialzee then blocks further texts from that business to your number.

How to opt back in

Reply START to the same business. Your number can't be texted by that business again until you do.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or email info@dialzee.com.

Frequency and cost

How often you receive texts depends on your dealings with the business. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information

Mobile information, including phone numbers and text messaging consent, isn't shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Getting help

For questions about messages you received, contact the business that sent them. To report a message you didn't want, email info@dialzee.com with the number, date and time.
