The rights you may have
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- Get a copy of that information.
- Correct information that's wrong.
- Delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Object to or limit certain uses of your information.
- Not be treated differently for asking.
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws, and people in the UK and European Economic Area, have rights of this kind.
We don't sell your information
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context advertising. There's nothing you need to opt out of on that front.
How to make a request
Choose Privacy or data request on our Contact page, or email hello@dialzee.com. Tell us which right you'd like to use and the email address connected to your information.
We'll need to confirm who you are before we act, and we'll reply within the time the law requires. Some information may have to stay on record where the law says so, such as billing records.
If you're a lead or contact of a Dialzee customer
Businesses use Dialzee to store information about their own leads and contacts. For that information, the business is in charge and we act on its instructions. Please contact that business first. If you write to us instead, we'll pass your request to the business responsible or ask you to contact them.
To stop text messages from a business using Dialzee, reply STOP to any message. Our SMS Policy explains how that works.
If you're not satisfied
You may complain to your local data protection authority.
